These terms cover the use of burgerottoman.com and the commission of one of a kind, hand crocheted burger ottomans by Karina Blackwell.

Commissions

A commission is confirmed when payment is made on the Stripe invoice sent by Karina. Standard turnaround is 8 to 12 weeks. Custom and rush timelines are discussed in writing before payment.

Refunds

Because each ottoman is made by hand and to order, all sales are final once production begins. If you need to cancel before production starts, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Shipping

Shipping is arranged at the end of production. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Ownership and use of images

Karina retains the right to share photos of finished work for promotion. Buyer info is never shared.
